MyCoach values highly the importance to the respect of the privacy and individual rights. Therefore, MyCoach is committed to protecting the rights of individuals in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR"), as well as the national legislation applicable to personal data protection laws.
The present privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") explains how MyCoach uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our MyCoach Tracker application. By using our services or communicating with us about them, you acknowledge that your personal data will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy, any other privacy notices and any updates and amendments to them.

When you use this application, MyCoach collects any personal data you provide to us, including the following personally identifying information:
Contextual information per session (date, location name, position, session type, V/N/D, self-assessment, definition of sub-periods), athletic performance per session on a set of metrics, performance index per session, overall performance index per season, raw data produced by the tracker per session produced
Surname, First Name, telephone, e-mail, postal address

Most of the data we collect about you are given to us directly by you when you use the application.

When you use the application, MyCoach will collect and process your personal data in accordance with this privacy notice. Your personal data may be used for the following purposes:
In the context of customer service, we may use your personal data for technical support purposes.
For research and development purposes, we may use your personal data to, among others, improve our application, services and customer experience, and also to improve our products, services, activities, operations and processes toward you.

On what legal basis do we collect your personal data?
We process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and applicable data protection legislation. The processing of your personal data is based on the following legal grounds:

When you solicit us, the purpose of the processing of your personal data is primarily related to that service and we will process your information to provide you with that service, to assist you and respond to your requests, or to assess whether and under what conditions we can offer you a particular product or service.

Your personal data will be retained by us and our service providers, in accordance with data protection laws, to the extent necessary to fulfil the processing purposes set out in this privacy notice.

Your personal data will be kept for as long as your user account is present in the application (because we need it to operate your account). Upon your request to close your account, all your personal data will be immediately anonymized.
How to exercise your rights regarding your personal data?
MyCoach wants to make sure that you are fully aware of your data protection rights. Every user has the following rights:
The right of access: you have the right to ask MyCoach to provide you with a copy of the personal data it holds about you. A reasonable fee may be charged for this service.
The right to erasure: upon your formal request to close your user account in the application, all your personal data will be anonymized.
The right to restriction of processing: you have the right to ask MyCoach to limit the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing: you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by MyCoach, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability: you have the right to ask MyCoach to transfer the data we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
We have one month to respond to any request you may make.
Persons under 15 years of age
If you are under 15 years of age, you can only exercise your rights to your personal data with us through a legal representative. You must therefore ensure that you have the permission of your legal representative before confirming your account.
Changes in our Privacy Policy
MyCoach regularly reviews its Privacy Policy and publishes any changes. This Privacy Policy has been updated as of July 31st, 2021.
