Maintenance of your equipment
After each use, clean the surface of your MyCoach Tracker with a damp cloth. Use only water.
After each use, wash your MyCoach Tracker technical garment in the washing machine at 30°C inside out.

• Do not use bleach
• Do not iron
Be sure to remove your MyCoach Tracker from the bra before washing it, as this will cause irreversible damage not covered by your warranty.

MyCoach shall refund the price paid by the Customer within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from the acceptance of the return by MyCoach.

# Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the Products.
# Technical faults and reference errors
In the event of technical defects, apparent defects or non-conformity of the delivered Product, the Customer must inform MyCoach in order to obtain an exchange or a refund. The customer must first formulate his request via the contact form or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
After acceptance of the request by MyCoach, the Products must be returned to the following address within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days from receipt of the Products ordered:

For the return to be accepted by MyCoach, the Products returned must be complete and, with the exception of cases in which the technical defect of the Product can only be unsealed after opening its packaging (plastic film and cardboard), all Products must be returned unopened (in their original sealed cardboard and plastic packaging) and in perfect condition for resale.
All risks related to the return of the Product remain the responsibility of the Customer, who must keep proof of the return of the Products.
